Pure Strength

Tap into your unlimited strength potential! This class is an effective way to improve muscular strength, function, endurance and shape. Challenge yourself beyond the traditional strength training class with this total body functional workout. This program focuses on muscular endurance as well as balance and core strength by moving through all planes of motion with multi-joint and compound exercises. Most exercises will integrate upper and lower body strength training and include a balance challenge. Pure Strength is easily modified to suit all fitness levels.
This class is taught on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:45 am - 11:45 am. Pure Strength Advanced is taught on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. All classes start the first Monday/Tuesday of each month and run in four week sessions. Cost: $200/4-week session.
Class is taught in the Specialty Programming Studio. Maximum 6 participants. Advance registration is required.
