Etiquette Guidelines
To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, we ask members to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Proper workout attire must be worn, including shorts, tops, warm-ups, etc.
- Closed-toe athletic shoes must be worn at all times in the Fitness Center.
- Food or drinks are not allowed in the Fitness Center except for water bottles with closed lids.
- Please store your athletic bags and items in the locker rooms.
- Children ages 13 and up are welcome in fitness areas. They must, however, have proper supervision and receive Teen Training certification from the Club (see Just 4 Kids).
Be thoughtful of others:
- Cellular phone use is welcome in outdoor and lobby areas only. Please refrain from using your phone in the Fitness Center.
- Respect the 30-minute guideline for using cardio equipment when other members are waiting.
- Please wipe off all equipment after use. Place towels in the receptacles provided.
- Return all equipment to its proper place. Re-rack weights and dumbbells appropriately.
- Please allow others to "work in" between sets. Do not monopolize the equipment.
