Cardiovascular Training
Athletic Conditioning
This class combines cardio drills with strength training for a fun, athletic workout.
BODYATTACK™
This sports-inspired cardio class can be done with either high or low impact. No equipment is used -- it's just you burning lots of calories!
Cardio Step Interval
This class combines Step choreography with regular aerobics.
Dance
Dance is a great cardiovascular workout. Learn routines gradually and with adequate repetition to appeal to any level of dancer.
Step
A fun, calorie-burning Step workout. Intermediate to advanced.
Step Interval
This is a great workout for all levels. Alternate between basic Step moves with combinations and strength and conditioning exercises using weights, bands, bars and your own body weight.
Step II
This fast-paced, choreography-intensive class is for the experienced Step student who enjoys a mentally challenging, intricate Step style.
Cycling
Cycling
This non-impact adventure will take you through hill climbs, sprints, jumps, pacing and interval training -- all on your stationary bike. We recommend heart rate monitors to get the most out of this exhilarating cardio workout!
Cycling Base Training
The goal of this class is for you to handle harder and harder workloads while still staying aerobic and focused on proper positioning. Be prepared to sweat! All levels welcome.
Muscular Fitness Training
BODYPUMP™
This unique barbell program will challenge every major muscle group in your body. It's low on complexity and high on fun. Increase your strength and boost your endurance.
Group Weights
This class is a strength workout for your entire body. Participants use hand-held weights, bands and bodybars at a slower pace than a Total Body Conditioning class.
Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
A strength and endurance training workout, for your entire body. This class involves exercises for your lower body, upper body and abdominals. All levels are welcome to attend.
