Court Reservations
To make sure everyone has a great time on the courts, please familiarize yourself with the following:
Making a Reservation
Courtside tennis members may make online reservations 24 hours a day. To reserve a court by phone, call the tennis reservation desk at (408) 395-7116. We accept one reservation per phone call. We also alternate between in-person and phone reservations.
Reservation Desk Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am - 8:30 pm
- Friday: 7:30 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturday - Sunday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Singles play guarantees 1 hour of court time. Doubles play guarantees 1.5 hours. Indoor court fees are $16 for 1 hour and $24 for 1.5 hours.
Each family member is limited to one reservation per day. We accept reservations up to 3 days in advance. For court times before 2:00 pm, reservations will be accepted starting at 12:30 pm. For court times after 2:00 pm, reservations will be accepted starting at 1:00 pm.
Check-in Requirements
You must check in for your court at the tennis reservation desk within 10 minutes of your reserved court time. If you do not check in, your court may be forfeited to members who are waiting and available to use the court. Indoor court fees must be paid before you head out to your assigned court.
Please note: We ask all players to leave the court promptly when their time expires. To request an extension, please return to the tennis reservation desk after your reserved time is up.
Indoor Court Cancellation Policy
Members will be charged for the entire time they are on the indoor court. If you cannot make your reserved court time, please give at least two hours' advance notice to avoid being charged the full amount. Early morning reservations may be cancelled by calling the Sports Desk at (408) 395-7111.
Note: The member who made the reservation is responsible for canceling it. Otherwise, the member is subject to the full charge.
Walk-on Courts
Courtside has five tennis courts set aside for walk-on play. Before heading out to play, members must register at the tennis reservation desk. If you do not register first, you may be asked to give up the court.
Members may make walk-on court reservations for themselves or other family members only. We accept reservations up to 1 hour in advance of the desired playing time. If all courts are booked, we will gladly give you the next available court.
