Vinyasa Yoga II-III
A flowing practice that creatively fuses elements from other Hatha yoga methods, primarily Ashtanga, Iyengar and Anusara (varies by teacher). Each class is original and creative, and focuses on the marriage of breath and continuous movement. These classes can be physically challenging and are best suited for experienced students.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a gentler practice that promotes strength and flexibility in the tighter areas of your body (low back and pelvis), and in the joints (hips, ankles, knees and shoulders). Supported postures are held for longer periods of time in order to warm, soften and restore the connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia), making them longer and stronger.
Yoga
This mixed-level class uses yoga postures and progressive relaxation to stretch and relieve tension in the body and achieve a more relaxed state of mind.
Yoga I-II
Yoga I-II is suitable for those who have taken an introduction-to-yoga workshop or series and/or have been practicing yoga for at least three months.
Yoga II-III
This yoga class is suitable for those who have been practicing yoga for over a year. Not appropriate for new yoga participants.
Yoga Flow
