Allegro Foundations

Fri 12:30 – 1:30 pm

$100 / 4 sessions

Instructor: Cindy Adams

Develop fundamental principles of the Pilates Method in this introductory level group class. Working on your own Allegro Reformer, you’ll be guided through 10 to 12 varied exercises designed to stretch, strengthen and define your entire body. Special attention will be paid to attaining correct alignment and fluid movement progressions.

Allegro Expanded

Mon/Wed 12:30 -1:30 pm

$200 / 8 sessions

Continue to expand your Pilates skills in this intermediate level group class. As a continuation of the Allegro Foundations class, you’ll build on prior Pilates knowledge and learn more challenging movements. Successful completion of Allegro Foundations is required.

Wed 5:45 – 6:45 pm

Discover the benefits of Pilates exercise in this blended-level, evening group class. You'll sample a spectrum of intensities that suit a range of skill levels, combining Allegro Foundations & Expanded content. Strengthen & tone arms, abs, and legs. Basic Reformer skills are required.

Allegro Progressed

Tue/Thu 8:45 – 9:45 am

$200 / 8 sessions

Perfect your Pilates skills and turn up the intensity in this advanced level group class. You’ll focus on more complex be challenged with complex movements & progressions to develop core and extremity strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Intermediate Reformer skills are required.

NEW! Allegro JUMP

Mon 8:00 – 8:45 am

$100 / 4 sessions

Push your calorie burn & Pilates skill to a whole new level in this advanced level group class. With a jump platform on your own Allegro Reformer, you'll have a blast with spring-loaded jump sequences. Define glutes, abs, and arms, gain agility, strength & power, lose body fat. Intermediate Reformer skills and instructor referral are required. Max class size: 6
