Turn up the H.E.A.T.! Join one of Courtside Club's top Personal Trainers for a small group training, total body workout. This class will help improve core and overall body strength through functional movement. H.E.A.T. combines balance tools, resistance bands, and free weights into a fun and fast-paced circuit workout.
H.E.A.T. classes are held on the Fitness Floor and the Specialty Programming Studio. Classes take a maximum of 6 participants except for H.E.A.T. Elite which takes a maximum of 4 participants. Classes begin the first Monday of each month and run for four week sessions. Advance registration is required.

Pricing
1x week - $120/session
2x week - $240/session
H.E.A.T. Elite - $140/session
